Our Promise We want you to be completely satisfied with your CANORI purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Refund Process
- Contact us at hello@canori.com to initiate your return
- We'll provide a return shipping address
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
- Full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed
Important Notes:
- Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products
- Sale items follow the same return policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@canori.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or process your refund.
