Our Promise We want you to be completely satisfied with your CANORI purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Refund Process

  2. We'll provide a return shipping address
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
  4. Full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed

Important Notes:

  • Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products
  • Sale items follow the same return policy
